OUR SERVICES
See the bigger picture
Want to know what is going on in your supply chain? We have got your back. Either through getting a better understanding of the topics that can occur on strategic level. Or through an on the ground, in-depth assessment of a particular value chain. You choose.
STRATEGIC LEVEL:
We analyse impacts based on desk research, peer review and interviews. Issues are prioritized based on saliency, in accordance with the UNGPs and OECD guidelines (and, where applicable, relevant legislation such as the CSDDD in the EU). The result: a well-documented and clear list of priority topics for your organization.
ON THE GROUND:
You might already know which supplier, product or value chain worries you most. We can perform an on-site assessment for you to get a 360º understanding of the sustainability impacts, and what you can do to address them. We engage with local management, workers, but also visit sub-suppliers, speak to local communities and make sure to offer a safe environment for all interviewees. This can mean interviews are held off-site, in groups or individually. We are sensitive to cultural contexts and collaborate with our broad network of local consultants.
Do what matters
Know what the issues are in your value chains, but not how to adequately mitigate them? We can help. By categorizing your mitigation efforts so you can focus your efforts there where it matters most. And by piloting new approaches, making sure we learn from past efforts.
BRINGING FOCUS:
Addressing your sustainability impacts cost time and money. We help to make sure it is well spent – on the topics and value chains that need your attention the most. With activities that truly matter to the people experiencing harm. We build a plan together with you and with those affected (or their representatives) – and help you monitor the impact.
PILOTING NEW APPROACHES:
Sometimes, you need to step away from what you are doing and evaluate if it is having the wanted effect. Our expertise is in moving beyond social compliance. There are so many other ways to put your efforts to good use. We suggest ways to break out of existing patterns and try new approaches together with you. What is it that Einstein said about doing the same thing and expecting different results?
Bring the team along
Is there a knowledge gap in your team? Would there be a value in further developing relevant skills? Creating sustainable change is a team effort – but not every team has the right tools by default. As expert trainers and facilitators, we help you drive sustainable change in your organization through interactive learning.
KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER:
Whether it is finding a way through the abbreviation bingo of sustainability due diligence, or understanding what it is the UNGPs require: we walk you through it. In our interactive sessions, we help your team understand where to focus their sustainability efforts, and why.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT:
Sustainability due diligence is not rocket science – but it does take practice. We can support your team members in developing the skills needed to integrate, identify, mitigate, track and communicate due diligence. Through interactive sessions, individual coaching and training, or by facilitation peer learning. You decide.
