ANNE MANSCHOT
ValueChange was founded by Anne Manschot, an established expert on sustainable value chains.
Anne is an experienced sustainability and human rights consultant, facilitator and trainer. She is particularly known for her work on beyond social compliance audits.
For over a decade, Anne has been a strategic advisor to global corporate clients, including Ahold Delhaize, Outokumpu, HEMA, ABN AMRO and the Dutch Enterprise Agency (RVO). Anne has worked and studied in multiple countries and speaks Dutch, German, English, Spanish and French fluently. Her projects include corporate sustainability due diligence evaluations, stakeholder engagement, interactive workshops and human rights impact assessments. She has on the ground project experience in Latin-America, Europe, Africa and Asia and in a wide range of sectors. Some examples include food, garment, building materials, extractives and chemical industries.
Anne has researched the effectiveness of social compliance auditing and has published several articles on the topic. She is an appreciated speaker and thought leader when it comes to creating sustainable value chains. More information on Anne can be found here.
